[Cafe Review] Amitie Cafe

It was a beautiful Sunday noon. I'm not usually staying at Sungai Long during weekend but this time, is for the Closing Ceremony that I posted yesterday. During the short break of rehearsal, I came to this newly opened cafe called Amitie Cafe in our campus area. I heard the food here is nice, just the price a little bit expensive for a student.

The design and environment of the cafe is very nice. From the moment I opened the door, I heard instrumental music, feels good and peaceful. There are different type of seats provided, especially the seats that are facing the window, looking at the blue sky and people on the street. This is a self-service based cafe, in other word, treat yourself as if you're home.

The word "Amitie" means friendship in French. According to the description of the cafe, this cafe is run by four friends that try to create a space which feels like being home. No doubt, it's a best place to gather with friends and have some nice food.

Talking about food, the only thing less is that, there is no waffles! But, their pancakes is very nice. That classic essence remind me of my mom, my home. Even though it was noon, but the pancakes is still available.

Pancakes served with strawberry and honey.

This pancakes costs RM 7.00 and additional RM 3.00 for one-scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
